Role Management
The following roles define the permission levels for users within the application. Actual user role assignment is managed on the User Management page.
| Role Name | Level | Read | Write | Description |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Administrator | System-wide | Full access to all data, settings, and user management across the entire application. | ||
| General Manager | Overall | Can view and edit data across all regions and customers. Cannot manage system settings or users. | ||
| Region Manager | Region | Can view and edit data for all customers within their assigned region(s). | ||
| Customer Manager | Customer | Can view and edit data for their assigned customer(s). | ||
| Viewer | Varies | Can view data for assigned regions or customers, but cannot make any changes. |
